Newfold Digital, a web and commerce technology provider backed by Clearlake Capital Group LP and Siris Capital Group LLC, has acquired Yith, an independent seller and developer of WooCommerce plugins and themes for WordPress.
Yith provides services for its customers to build and grow its online WooCommerce stores. The firm offers over 100 plugins that solve e-commerce needs and have had around 2.3 million active installs.
