New State Capital Partners, an entrepreneurial-minded private equity firm, has added Miriam Diwan, Steve Mayotte and Michael Bernardi.
Diwan will join the firm has head of investor relations and brings 15 years of experience across private equity and investment banking in a variety of industries. Prior to joining the firm, Diwan served as director of investor relations at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners.
Mayotte joins the firm as operating partner in technology enablement and brings 15 years of experience in executive management and high-tech consulting. He brings a variety of experience in developing strategy and executing transformational services across financial services, hospitality, healthcare and real estate. Before joining New State, Mayotte most recently served as chief information officer at Payomatic.
Bernardi joins the firm as an associate with the investment deal team. Prior to joining the firm, Bernardi was a private equity associate with Stonebridge Partners and served in a variety of industries including aerospace & defense, business services, construction & installation and food & beverage.
