Amerit Fleet Solutions, backed by New Mountain Capital, has expanded its strategic acquisition program alongside the appointment of Adam Lev as vice president of corporate development, reinforcing the company’s push to scale through both organic growth and acquisitions.
In the newly created role, Lev will oversee the company’s end-to-end acquisition strategy, targeting fleet service businesses that broaden Amerit’s service capabilities and enhance its national platform. Prior to joining Amerit, Lev served as head of corporate development at The Boyd Group (NYSE: BGSI), a publicly traded collision repair consolidator, where he led an acquisition program that completed more than 100 transactions and drove significant revenue growth. Earlier in his career, Lev worked in private equity and management consulting, focusing on growth strategy and operational transformation.
