U.S.-based sustainable packaging firm Meyers has acquired Mankato Packaging to enhance its folding carton offerings and broaden its client reach in sectors such as food, life sciences and beauty.
The deal combines both Minnesota-based companies’ expertise in printing, design, and finishing, while adding Mankato’s workforce and customer relationships to Meyers’ operations, Packaging Gateway reported. CEO Christopher Dillon says the move aligns with Meyers’ mission to drive sustainable innovation and long-term partnerships.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
