Netherlands-based Main Capital Partners acquired a majority stake in InnoValor.

The Netherlands-based InnoValor was founded in 2013 and is the maker of ReadID, a mobile identification software that uses Near Field Communication technology (“NFC”).

The investment came out of Main Capital Partners’ VII fund which closed last year with a hard cap of €1 billion. It targets majority investments in established software companies with enterprise values ranging from €25 million to €250 million. Innovator is the fund’s second platform investment.
