Macquarie Capital, the corporate advisory, capital markets, and principal investing arm of Macquarie Group, has appointed Charles Arnold to a managing director in its financial sponsors group, Christopher Dorsett to managing director in its debt capital markets group, and Andrea Kim to senior vice president in its principal finance team.

Arnold joins the firm following his time serving as a managing director with the leveraged finance group for Deutsche Bank. In his time with Deutsche, Arnold lead coverage of financial technology, financial services, and consumer sectors. Dorsett joins the firm from Natixis Securities America. In his time with Natixis, Dorsett served as a managing director in the leveraged finance group where he leveraged finance for the consumer product, retail, apparel and restaurant industries. Kim joins the firm from Ares Management where she served as a principal in the direct lending group and focused on originating and underwriting new investments.
