Littlejohn & Co. LLC, a private investment firm based out of Greenwich, CT, has promoted Thomas Bennet, Charles Leung, and William McDavid to principals in the private equity group and Michelle Ayaz to assistant controller and Andrew Hof to senior accountant in the operations & administration group.

Thomas Bennet joined the firm in 2011 and focuses on key roles within transactions involving Contech, GSE Environmental and Interior Specialists. Before Littlejohn, Bennet served as investment committee member with Ithaka Group. Leung joined the firm in 2013 and has been involved in transactions including Alltech, CoActive, and Cook & Boardman. He previously served with Sagent Advisors LLC in M&A transactions. McDavid has been with Littlejohn since 2013 and played a role in transactions involving Direct Chassislink, Inc., HydrochemPSC, and Interstate Waste Services. McDavid served as an associate with Houlihan Lokey before joining Littlejohn.

Ayaz joined the firm in 2018 following her time as an auditor providing assurance services for wealth management clients with E&Y. Hof has been with Littlejohn since 2020 and previously served as an associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
