Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a private equity firm, has made an investment in GLAS, a provider of debt administration services. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

GLAS has a portfolio of over $130 billion of assets and provides a range of services during bankruptcy, private credit, capital markets, and leveraged finance. In the year from 2020 to 2021, GLAS reached over 25 percent growth in revenue and higher than 40 percent growth in headcount.

GLAS co-founders Mia Drennan and Brian Carne will continue to lead the firm in their roles as group president and general counsel, respectively.
