Invictus Global Managment, a Texas-based investment firm, has made a strategic investment in DeCurtis Corp., a provider of location and proximity-based software for the travel and hospitality industries.
DeCurtis delivers software services for the cruise line, theme park, hospitality, restaurant, and related customer service industries. The firm’s experience platform offers end-to-end enterprise software services enabling location-based assistance for operations, experience and customer engagement.
The deal was made to provide DeCurtis with working capital so that the firm can focus on strategic initiatives. Invictus joins Shamrock Capital Advisors LLC as a strategic partner.
