Intermediate Capital Group PLC, a global alternative asset manager, has invested in Travel Chapter Ltd, a platform for self-catering holiday rentals and portfolio company of ECI Partners. Harris Williams advised on the deal.

Travel Chapter is a holiday rental platform providing a selection of 8,000 quality properties across the United Kingdom. The firm offers a number of consumer brands including its flagship Holidaycottages.co.uk as well as Canine Cottages and Cottages & Castles. Intermediate Capital is a a provider of flexible capital services to assist companies in development and growth.
