Inflexion has made a number of promotions within its team.

Richard Booth, Sergio Ferrarini, Jon Ma and Sarah Gestetner have all been promoted to partner. Booth has made a contribution to the industrials team, particularly with respect to Aspen Pumps, Huws Gray and Marley. Ferrarini joined Inflexion in 2019 and plays a role in the technology team, which has recently completed the take-private of Infront as well as the innovative carveout and corporate partnership with FBX/Novantas. Ma is a key member of the enterprise team where he focuses on technology investing leading investments Halo and Comparison Technologies. Gestetner leads Inflexion’s Marketing team.
 
Chris Wright becomes head of the Manchester office, with responsibility for investing activities in the North. 
 
Roddy Green, Matt McKinlay, Nick Rosenberg and Robin Senivassen have been promoted to investment directors, whilst Sam McPhail, Marcus Ward, Melanie Campbell and Alice Lawson have been promoted to assistant directors. 
 
Ben Pattison has become head of finance with responsibility for overseeing fund accounting and corporate accounting, whilst Ionela Serbenco becomes fund accounting manager.
