Industrial Opportunity Partners (IOP), a private equity firm, has acquired Raven Engineered Films from CNH Industrial, an equipment and services firm.
Raven Engineered Films is a manufacturer of polymer film sheets for U.S. and global markets. The firm produces trademarked HydraLine polymer sheets from its headquarters in Sioux Falls, S.D. Scott Wickersham, president, and general manager of Raven Engineered Films will be the new CEO.
Wickersham said, “The acquisition by IOP represents a new chapter for Raven Engineered Films that will benefit our team members and our communities. We believe IOP will enable us to unlock the next levels of growth by innovating new products and creating value for our customers.”
