Imperial Dade, a distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies, has acquired Veritiv Canada Inc. The deal is the 47th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis.
Veritiv is a full-service provider of janitorial and hygiene products print and foodservice packaging services. The firm has a history of a knowledgeable sales force, a wide portfolio of product offerings, and quality customer services. The deal will serve to expand Veritiv’s offerings for its customers while retaining the reputation it has built.
