Huntington Bancshares, an American bank holding company, has acquired Capstone Partners, a middle-market focused investment bank. With this acquisition, Huntington hopes to use Capstone’s advisory capabilities to serve the full range of needs of middle-market clients.

Capstone Partners is an independently owned investment banking firm that offers a range of services like M&A advisory, debt and equity placement, and corporate restructuring. Huntington Bancshares is a $174 billion asset bank holding company that provides small and middle-market businesses, corporations, and other organizations with payments, wealth management, and risk management products and services.
