Hunter Point Capital, an independent investment firm focused on providing capital services to alternative investment managers, has made an investment in Inflexion, a middle-market private equity firm investing across the U.K. and Europe.

Inflexion has invested in over 100 companies, working to drive growth through mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, digital enhancement, talent development, commercial strategy, sustainability focus and access to the firm’s network. As a strategic minority investor in Inflexion, HPC plans to support the firm through its global network and business-building experience to help improve Inflexion’s ability to grow and scale sustainably.

“This partnership aims to deepen our expertise and expand our network at a time of enormous opportunity for our firm,” says Simon Turner and John Hartz, managing partners at Inflexion. “In particular, we are excited for the significant global connections and business-building capabilities that HPC provides, which we believe will be invaluable as we continue our successful strategy of backing ambitious management teams.”

Ashurst served as legal advisor to Inflexion. Kirkland & Ellis served as legal advisor to HPC.
