HKW, a middle market private equity firm focused on growth-oriented companies, has purchased Technical Toolboxes Powertools, Inc.

TTP provides cloud based-analytics and compliance oriented software services to pipeline operators, engineering companies, construction service providers and industrial inspection companies. The firm’s software provides clients with tools and knowledge to reduce risk, accelerate project schedules and reduce costs.
