Highview Capital LLC, a private equity investment firm, has acquired Watterson. P&M Corporate Finance advised Watterson on the transaction.

Watterson is a national facility services provider with a concentration on emergency and disaster response, surplus property and facilities management, property redevelopment and environment services. The firm delivers its services to corporate clients and retail and commercial workspace brands. Additionally, the firm has a network of over 1,000 in-house and third-party service providers across North America.
