Heritage-Crystal Clean has purchased Patriot Environmental Services, a provider of comprehensive environmental services and emergency oil spill response, from Solace Capital Partners for $156 million.
Patriot focuses on a variety of waste services including transportation and disposal, environmental emergency response and cleanup industrial cleaning, and oil spill response. The firm operates 18 locations and two wastewater treatment facilities.
