True Environmental Inc., a platform focused on environmental consulting and engineering firms and a portfolio company of Halle Capital, has bought Great Ecology & Environments Inc., an environmental and ecological services consulting firm.
Great Ecology is focused on the restoration, planning and design of both natural and urban environments through sustainable services. The transaction looks to further True’s mission of building a larger environmental consulting and engineering platform.
2020 Environmental Group served as the M&A advisor for Great Ecology and facilitated the transaction with True Environmental.
