Traffic & Mobility Consultants, a transportation planning and traffic engineering firm backed by Grovecourt Capital Partners, has completed the acquisition of Propel Engineering, a West Palm Beach, Fla.-based civil engineering firm focused on highway design, traffic analysis and structural design services.
Founded in 2013, Propel is a designer and provider of civil engineering services to clients across Florida, with a focus on the public sector, including the Florida Department of Transportation. Following TMC’s acquisitions of O’Rourke Engineering & Planning in February 2024 and Lincks & Associates in May 2024, Propel marks the third acquisition in Grovecourt’s strategy. With capabilities in highway design, traffic analysis and structural design, Propel’s team works from their location in West Palm Beach.
