Fortis Home Health & Hospice, a home-based care company and a portfolio company of Grant Avenue Capital LLC, has appointed Rob Radics as chief executive officer.
He will leverage his industry experience, strong leadership skills and track record of successfully scaling home-based care businesses to drive the growth of Fortis. With nearly three decades of experience leading and operating home health and hospice businesses. Radics most recently served as president, Home Health & Hospice of Aveanna Healthcare, where he managed a $250 million annual budget for 92 locations across 15 states and oversaw the completion of five acquisitions.
