Goodegg Investments and Mesos Capital, two commercial real estate firms, have jointly acquired Waterleaf at Leland, a 248-unit class-A apartment community in Leland, NC.

The newly built apartment complex is located in the Westgate community and features amenities including a saltwater pool, clubhouse, fitness center, business center, dog park and more. The interior units feature gourmet kitchens, granite countertops, stainless steel appliance and additional in home features.

This deal represents the 11th asset in the Carolinas for the portfolio between Goodegg and Mesos. The combined portfolio owns and operates over 8,000 multifamily units that are worth over $900 million across the Southeastern United States.
