Genius Group Ltd., an ed-tech and education group, has purchased Revealed Films Inc., a media production company focused on multi-part documentaries. The transaction value is $10 million with earnout and clawback payments in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
Revealed Films produces three to four docu-series per year, covering topics such as wealth building, health and nutrition, medical issues, religion and political matters. With this deal, Genius Group looks to enhance and supplement its curriculum with entrepreneurial education videos. Revealed Films will continue to operate as a separate company.
