Security 101, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital and a provider of commercial security services, has purchased Security Solutions Northwest, a Bellingham, Wash.-based commercial security systems design and installation company.
Founded in 1904, SSNW offers customized physical security services in the Bellingham area and surrounding communities. With this deal, Security 101 expands its presence in the state of Washington and complements its existing client base in the education, government and property management verticals.
