G.S. Precision, a manufacturer of components and specialty hardware used in aerospace engines, has purchased SMC Aerospace, a components provider for the aerospace industry.

SMC utilizes state-of-the-art machinery and processes to manufacture flight-critical components and operates out of two New Hampshire-based facilities in Laconia. G.S. Precision is a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners and is a manufacturer of components and specialty hardware used in defense applications. AE Industrial Partners is a private equity firm specializing in aerospace, defense & government services, space, power & utility services, and specialty industrial markets.
