Fox Factory Holding Corp., a designer and manufacturer of ride dynamics products for a range of bicycles, on-road and off-road vehicles, has purchased Wheelhouse Holdings Inc., the parent company of Marucci Sports LLC, from Compass Diversified, an owner of middle-market businesses.
Marucci will be sold to Fox for an enterprise value of $572 million.
