Opiniion, a resident satisfaction software provider and a portfolio company of Five Elms Capital, has acquired Rentgrata, a peer-to-peer resident engagement tool that connects prospective renters with current residents.
The strategic acquisition combines two complementary proptech platforms to create an offering supporting the full resident journey—from pre-lease to move-out. The move marks a significant step in Opiniion’s evolution into a full-service resident operations hub, now supporting over 2 million units across more than 9,000 communities. The enhanced platform will offer a suite of tools that improve engagement, marketing visibility and operational insights for property managers.
