Evernorth Health Services, a subsidiary of the Cigna Group has partnered with and made an investment in CarepathRx Health System Solutions, a CarepathRx company and a portfolio company of Nautic Partners.
The partnership brings together Evernorth’s care experience with CHSS’s pharmacy and infusion management capabilities, technology services and health system relationships to improve, expand and drive pharmacy care delivery for patients with chronic and complex care needs. The CHSS and Evernorth partnership aims to deliver pharmacy care to CHSS’ base of 600-plus hospitals, health systems, and physicians.
