EMS Management & Consultants, a provider of RCM and technology services and portfolio company of BV Investment Partners, has acquired Vairkko, a workforce and operations management software provider.
Vairkko offers scheduling, training, certification and performance management tools for EMS agencies. The deal will accelerate EMS’ innovation track in key areas of human resource challenges.
