Merkle, a customer experience management company within Dentsu Group Inc., has bought Shift7 Digital, a business-to-business experience and commerce agency focused on transforming the digital experience for manufacturers and distributors.
Shift7 aims to help B2B companies with their marketing and sales processes by optimizing customer touchpoint and delivering a self-service experience. The use of Shift7’s services look to help brands increase sales, improve profitability and forge customer relationships. With this deal, Shift7 works to improve Merkle’s global experience and commerce practice and further its position as an experience partner for B2B transformation. Shift7 was previously a Salesforce Ventures-backed company and is a current Salesforce Crest partner.
