Denton Vacuum LLC has reached a purchase agreement with 4Wave Incorporated covering ion beam deposition and etch technologies. The purchase will include all equipment intellectual property and patents.
Denton empowers the optoelectronic and specialty semiconductor markets, helps optimizes processes and solve productions challenges. The firm’s technology and market focus help to advance applications like electron microscopy and microanalyses to providing services for IR detectors and precision optics.
