CrossCountry Consulting, a business advisory and technology solutions firm, has acquired CNM LLP, an Office of the CFO advisory firm headquartered in southern California.
The transaction expands CrossCountry’s geographic footprint on the west coast and strengthens its ability to deliver accounting, transaction, risk advisory, and business transformation services to clients nationwide. Founded in 2003, CNM provides advisory services to growth companies, middle-market businesses and Fortune 500 organizations.
The firm specializes in accounting advisory, transaction support, risk advisory and business transformation. CNM employs more than 200 professionals across offices in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego, as well as additional locations in New York and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
