Cooper Software, an enterprise resource planning software provider and backed by YFM Equity Partners, has acquired IFS Applications, a German-based ERP consulting firm.
The deal will expand Cooper internationally following its multi-million dollar investment from YFM in November of 2021. The deal enables the firm to meet growing demand for IFS consulting and implementation services across the D-A-CH region.
“This first acquisition since our backing of Cooper Software two months ago, marks another exiting chapter in the business’ growth journey,” said Steve Harrison, partner at YFM and Cooper Software board member. “The company’s additional base in central Europe will enable it to offer customers even more comprehensive and competitive ERP services and solutions.”
