The Cook & Boardman Group, a distributor of commercial door entry services, has acquired Electronic Systems Group, a security system provider.
Electronics Systems Group provides security services to utility, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and higher education markets in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. Following the deal, the company will continue to operate as Electronic Systems Group and customer contacts will continue after the transaction.
