BBB Industries LLC, a manufacturer in the automotive aftermarket and a portfolio company of Clearlake Capital, has acquired Inter-Turbo through its wholly-owned subsidiary Budweg Caliper A/S.
Inter-Turbo is based in Katowice, Poland and manufactures turbochargers, injectors and diesel particulate filters (DPFs). Founded in 2009 by Blazej Michalik and Marek Jasiok, Inter-Turbo services more than 16,000 models of turbochargers as well as a range of injection systems. The deal further expands BBB’s presence in Europe following its 2022 acquisition of Budweg and others throughout Europe since 2019.
