CentralBDC, an outsourced business development company, has received an equity investment from Aaron Kleinhandler, SJ Partners, Northcreek Mezzanine, and Everside Capital Partners.
CentralBDC is an outsourced BDC company that has a management team of over 50 years of experience in the automotive industry. The firm’s proprietary technology currently supports the largest dealerships and dealership groups nationwide CentralBDC’s founder Benjamin Shamsizadeh will become the president of the company.
Aaron Kleinhandler is the founder of Audio Messaging Solutions and its successor Spectrio, a 10-time member of the Inc. 5000. SJ Partners is a private equity firm that focuses on acquiring consumer and services companies. Northcreek is a small business investment company that provides mezzanine debt and equity investments to middle-market companies. Everside Capital Partners is an asset management firm focused exclusively on the lower middle market.
