CDW Corp. (Nasdaq: CDW) has agreed to acquired Sirius Computer Solutions Inc. from Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in a transaction valued at $2.5 billion. Sirius is a provider of hardware and software computer services for large and mid-sized customers.
