Carl Marks Advisors, an investment bank delivering financial and operational advisory services, has appointed Robert Lau III and Christopher Parisi as partners with the firm.
Lau joins the firm with over 28 years of experience as a senior executive within financial markets. Going forward, Lau will lead business development for the firm. Parisi joined the firm in 2020 and brings experience working alongside owners and management teams of middle-market companies looking to sell or recapitalize.
