C.G. Machinery, a print finishing and converting equipment provider located in Dayton, Ohio, has bought King Machine Inc., a machine tool and machining robotics distributor.

Located in Meridian, Idaho, King Machine serves clients in Idaho and Montana. The company boasts in-market service techs, which none of King’s competitors have. King’s wholly-owned division Eclipse Tool & Supply offers consumable tools and accessories to the metal-cutting industry. The company was advised by Generational Equity in this transaction.

“King Machine is a natural fit into the CGM distribution lines,” said Chad Comroe, managing director of mergers and acquisitions at Generational Equity. “I am delighted that we were able to be a part of making their transaction a success.”
