Boxlight Corporation (NASDAQ: BOXL), a provider of interactive technologies, has singed an agreement to acquire FrontRow Calypso LLC, a provider of classroom and campus communication services for the education sector.
FrontRow provides services for classroom audio, campus communication, emergency communication and AV control. This technology helps schools communicate with students groups and devices.

We also expect to substantially increase demand for the FrontRow solutions as we leverage our global sales team and reseller channel.”
