Boosted Commerce, a consumer e-commerce platform that acquires and grows 3rd party businesses on Amazon and Shopify, has acquired WellPath, a provider of nutritional supplements.

The acquisition furthers Boosted’s dedication to become a leader in the wellness space. The firm plans to scale WellPath through new product development and offline marketing to complement its existing suite of wellness products.

WellPath was founded in 2013 and focuses on modernizing wellness through clean, natural products with extensive consumer education and content. The company produces non-GMO, gluten free products and superfoods.
