All-State Industries, a provider of nonmetallic components and a portfolio company of Blue Sage Capital, has acquired DB Engineering Inc., a Mansfield, Texas-based manufacturer of thermal, acoustic and vibration isolation components for original equipment manufacturers throughout North America.
DB Engineering is led and owned by Mike Gibson. With this deal, All-State looks to utilize DB Engineering’s vibration and insulation services across its own end markets and customers.
“This acquisition rounds out our thermal and vibration insulation capabilities and will allow us to better service our existing customer base and expand into new end markets, anchored by the strong customer relationships built by Mike and his team,” states Scott Pulver, CEO of All-State.
