Blue Federal Credit Union and Aventa Credit Union have announced plans to merge. The combined company will business as Blue Federal Credit Union, with combined assets of more than $2.1 billion and over 153,000 members across 27 branch locations throughout Colorado and Wyoming.
The merger is expected to be finalized in early 2024, pending approval from the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and Aventa’s membership.
