Awin, a global affiliate marketing network, has acquired SingleView attribution technology from R.O.Eye, a UK-based performance marketing agency focused on to optimizing digital media performance, with global affiliate marketing agency Acceleration Partners completing the full acquisition of R.O.Eye’s UK agency business.
As a result of the acquisitions, all R.O.Eye and SingleView staff, as well as the SingleView technology, will become part of Awin, while Acceleration Partners will be taking over the management of R.O.Eye’s affiliate marketing clients in the UK and incorporating them into the Acceleration Partners business. The R.O.Eye brand will be retired.
