Keypoint Intelligence, a provider of testing, lab data and market research and a portfolio company of Atar Capital, has purchased ProPrintPerformance based in Stockholm, Sweden.
ProPrintPerformance, co-founded in 2016, offers intelligence and training services to sales and marketing professionals in the digital production print industry. The company’s sales enablement service, along with its virtual and face-to-face training, provides knowledge and skills that work to support professional growth. The deal expands the reach of Keypoint Intelligence in the digital production print market and marks Atar Capital’s first international buyout as an add-on acquisition.
