Capewell, a survivability and aerial delivery services company and backed by Argosy Private Equity, has promoted Thomas Weidley to chief executive officer. He will succeed Capewell’s interim CEO, Lane Wiggers.
Before joining Capewell in 2021 as chief operating officer, Weidley served as major general in the United States Marine Corp. with 34 years of service. Since joining Capewell, Weidley has made contributions to the company’s culture, strategy and leadership, which has been an accelerant for performance and opportunity growth.
