Officium GmbH, a submetering rental and energy service company for consumption-metering and billing of water and heat in the housing industry and a portfolio company of Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 3 SCSp, a fund managed by Arcus Infrastructure Partners LLP, has bought Alphamess GmbH in Bochum, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
With this deal, Officium expands its presence in North Rhine-Westphalia. The members of the existing management team will support the next phases of Alphamess business development. Alphamess marks Officium’s 10th acquisition in the last two years.
