Arcadia Capital has appointed Josh Ruder as managing director, adding to its senior advisory team as the firm expands its coverage of technology and tech-enabled services companies across global M&A and growth capital markets.
Based in Los Angeles, Ruder’s hire reflects Arcadia’s strategy to deepen sector expertise and enhance its ability to advise founders and operators on complex, cross-border transactions. Ruder brings more than a decade of experience across strategic M&A, private equity investing, and technology-focused advisory. He joins from AIM Equity Partners, a firm focused on software, healthcare and tech-enabled services. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Marlin Equity Partners and an investment bank, providing him with experience evaluating and executing transactions involving technology businesses across multiple market cycles.
