Ara Partners, a private equity firm focused on industrial decarbonization investments, has promoted Katy Boettcher to principal and has hired Ken Nguyen as a senior associate.
Boettcher joined the firm as a vice president in 2020 and has concentrated on investment underwriting, transaction execution, and portfolio management. Before joining Ara, she served with middle-market private equity investment firm, White Deer.
Nguyen has joined Ara Partners following his time working on industrials and business services investments with Altos Partners. He additionally served at Intervale Capital where he concentrated on energy and manufacturing verticals.
