Amulet Capital Partners has acquired TFP Fertility Group, a fertility care providers in the U.K. and northern Europe, from Benefit Street Partners.
The deal positions Amulet to expand its presence in the reproductive healthcare sector while supporting TFP’s next phase of growth focused on patient access, clinical excellence and enhanced patient experience. TFP will continue operating under its existing brand and leadership team, including CEO Jude Fleming. TFP Fertility Group operates an integrated network of 10 fertility clinics and 21 satellite and referral centres across the U.K. and Poland. The business provides a range of fertility treatments and reproductive healthcare services across its core European markets and plans to continue investing in its clinics, workforce and patient services following the transaction.
